UkrTOWER and Life :) – cooperation begins

UkrTOWER signed agreement with Astelit for providing antennaplaces at towers. Starting from today Astelit will place at UkrTOWER towers which will be constructed according to Astelit’s roll-out plan, at the same time the placement will be executed on the rent business model.
